Winter Weather Statement
In the event of severe winter weather in which the Indiana Department of Homeland Security issues a Warning Travel Status in which travel is restricted to emergency management workers only, our office will be closed.
Should this situation arise, please make payment directly to your insurance provider using the website and/or phone number printed on your invoice.
To report a claim when our office is closed, please call your insurance provider’s claims center. Claims reporting phone numbers for our carriers are listed on our website on the “Companies” tab. If you need additional assistance, you may email our agency at service@brooksinsurance.net and one of our licensed agents will get back with you as soon as possible.
